Located at the famous hospitality and shopping area of the Prince Sultan Street, it was natural for the design to fully address the street with a vibrant retail mall podium, complete with outdoor shopping areas, landscape terraces, chic cafes and fine dining restaurants.

The 4-star hotel and serviced apartments has 152 rooms with a combined built up area of 14,922 m², which is located at the northern part of the development. The project acts as a hub to attract shoppers and hotel patrons with its sleek modern design elements which faces the main shopping street.
