The Programme for the development includes a high-end apartment and an exclusive 4-star hotel which was placed on top of 17,000 m² of retail space.

The ground and lower level retail areas are a hybrid of indoor and open-air shopping spaces. Sited at the waterfront, the design goes to great lengths to provide view corridors towards the sea and addresses the vibrant Corniche. The luxury apartments and hotels have rooftop pools and recreational areas which fully utilise these wonderful vistas.

The central lower ground atrium is roofed over by a stunning semi-transparent geometric roof which filters the sunlight to produce interesting and varied shadow play throughout the day.
