New Gateway to Jeddah City
The development is envisioned as the new landmark to place-make the gateway into the city of Jeddah. The site is strategically located on King Abdullah Road, close to King Fahad Road and Prince Majed Road as well as the new gateway to King Abdul Aziz International Airport.

Responding to the EMAAR’s brief, the design was to create multiple self-sufficient high-rise residential condominium complexes, complete with facilities such as swimming pool, retail, spa and ample parking. The ground retail levels of these condominiums create an interlinked network of commercial spaces which results in a vibrant and bustling urban environment.
