Luxury Familial Residential Complex
The idea behind the design is to provide a luxurious family residential complex consisting of the 4 main villas, 20 junior villas and a central Diwaniah which comes up to a total area of 33,543m².

The aesthetic language utilised was heavily influenced by Mediterranean architecture and its accompanying detailing. The planning of the main areas, such as the male reception, female reception, swimming pool, and sports facilities are interspersed equally throughout the development in order to give equal access to all the family members to these spaces.
