Study of The Ideal Saudi Residential Typology
The project aims to find the ideal residential configuration that will meet the needs of the typical modern Saudi family.

The design is based on a typical land area of 590m² with a built-up area of 428 m². The core idea deals with the notion of interchangeable functions happening in 27 different spatial slots in a cube framework that is the house. The configuration of these modular slots within the cube can be changed to fit the exact lifestyle requirements of different owners. Typically, the residence can cater for five to eleven members of family including guests, a house keeper and a driver.
