Addition to a Luxury Kuwaiti Seaside Villa Complex
The project brief required the enlargement of one of the existing 3 villas on the site as well as the creation of two new additional villas for the client’s grandsons.

The two new villas are designed with spacious open terraces which are overlooking the swimming pool. The extension to the main villa was to include an entrance hall leading to a formal Majlis, a formal dining holding over 70 people, a Main Gazebo complete with Diwaniah and an official gate house.

The strong Moroccan architectural aesthetics were applied consistently throughout the whole design which gave the overall design a quaint luxurious elegance.
