Circular Core Pilgrimage Hospitality
The 1,080-room 4-star hotel is envisioned to cater for the needs of the pilgrims to the holy city of Makkah.

The design stems from the central circular courtyard which extends throughout the whole building as an organisational element. The central skylight also provides an abundance of natural lighting to all the spaces below even up to the ground floor. In view of providing paramount efficiency, the 3 floors of parking are organised above the main entrance. This enables the existence of proper retail spaces at lower ground level and all the hotel core spaces such as drop-off, reception, lounge and the coffee shop to happen at the upper ground level.
