Efficiently Courtyard Hospitality Block
In view of maximising the area, the hotel layout was developed around a squarish plan. Yet the clean articulation of the major openings and façade fenestrations results in an interesting and memorable built form.

The 4-star 228 units of normal guest rooms, family suites and presidential suites are organised around a central open-air courtyard. The rooms are mixed between inward looking and outward looking rooms giving variety to the guests in terms of their preferred view and level of privacy.
Variations in terms of openings sizes and positions from the central area of the building ensures that building is naturally ventilated.
