The guiding programme for the development is to marry a luxurious 5-star hotel of 1,091 keys with 190 retail lots at its street level. By carefully organising the 91,979m² hotel space with the 9,884 m² of leasable area, the development creates a very robust and dynamic urban environment which stays vibrant throughout differing periods of the daily business cycle.
