Open Interactive Shopping Paradise
The design was led by the idea of intermingling outdoor retail areas with indoor retail areas to create a seamless shopping experience for the user.
The 3 storey iconic mall fully addresses Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul-Aziz Street which is one of the most renowned commercial streets in the city of Jeddah. The Mall provides over 14,510m² of leasable space which is spearheaded by two anchor tenants.
The large central atriums are designed as organic vegetated and covered spaces which acts as the central node for the shoppers. The two wings are connected by a pedestrian bridge for circulation and by a curvilinear transparent roof for architectural continuity.
