The 9-storey serviced apartment consist of 144 units, totalling in a build-up area of 10,229 m².

The unique design is derived from the metaphor of ice cubes and its inherent properties of translucency and transparencies. By arranging these basic cubicle forms at differing angles that respond to the cityscape, the emerging built form is both inherently responsive and visually pleasing. Various levels of translucency are achieved by utilising differing degrees of frosting in the glass and the application of louver details on the façade. This also improves the environmental performance of the building.
