Iconic Modern Office Space
Located at the north of Jeddah, the iconic office building is a landmark due to its unconventional design, derived from the idea of creating a private office space highlighting the extension of the Holy Mosques.

The office space is planned and organised around a central atrium which provides visual and circulatory continuity throughout the building. The unique octagonal atrium also acts as a lightwell bringing natural daylight to the heart of the building. The lower floors, which houses a gallery, a library and a theatre, directly benefits from this infusion of light. The modern reinterpretation of traditional Moroccan details and motifs is apparent in the realisation of the building and endows the building with a timeless character.
