All this faces the splendor of a shared water feature, which also acts as an evaporative cooling element for the building. The 3 office blocks contain 6,180 m² of premium office spaces. The façade of the offices feature full height glazing for good natural lighting and utilizes natural shading elements to prevent glare and excessive thermal loads.
