Seafront Classical Palace
The luxurious palace is sited in a very prestigious seafront location in the North-East part of Jeddah.
The design intention was to create a sense of connection to the sea and provide the necessary level of opulence befitting a palace of such stature. The classical architectural language was a natural choice to reach these design aspirations. The main Palace programme included the formal Diwaniah, the family Diwaniah, His Diwaniah, the son`s villas, the central gazebo and the main villa building. Good design sensibilities coupled with clever space planning ensured that all the spaces were interconnected harmoniously while maintaining the required level of privacy between areas.
