Intertwined Mixed Use Hotel and Commercial Complex
The guiding intention of the development is to coalesce the programmes for 21 hotels, which range from 3-star to 5-star, on a land area of 48,268m².

These hotels, which represent a staggering 11,297 number of rooms in total, will be connected by a continuous indoor shopping mall. One of the few projects in Makkah to have this feature; it aims to create a wholly self-contained retail environment for the hotel patrons which includes all the amenities and facilities expected of a world class shopping complex.

The development is a towering 42 storeys high and encompasses a respectable 864,927m² of built up area.
