The Al-Ajlan family commissioned a complex of luxury residences which consist of a main villa, junior villas and a Diwaniah which comes up to a total built up area of 33,543m².

The underlying design theme is that of a holiday home which invokes a luxurious feel of a resort, replete with landscape, water features, and sports facilities while maintaining the privacy of the family members.

The modern architectural language utilized in the design is further emphasized by clever use of materials and generous provisions for glazing. These subtle design elements further add to the exclusive feel of the villa complex.
