Iconic Spiral of Makkah
The driving concept behind the development is to create a spiraling tower, inspired by the famed famous Malwia Minaret, that will house high-end apartments and villas.

Situated on 74,500m² of mountainous land which has an elevation difference of 57m. The combination of this elevation and height of the tower provides the residents of the development with a fabulous view towards Al Haram mosque and the Holy Kaaba.

The minimalist modernist façade design is contextually appropriate within its neighbourhood framework and inspires an aura of elegance. This simple elegance is emphasized further by the unique spiraling and curvilinear form of the tower itself.
